Sales Intern

Job Title

Gain experience through a "hands on" job training program that covers all manufacturing and staff functions. This will include production management and project work.

Responsibilities:

• Gains "hands on" appreciation and understanding of variety of areas within the business, this may include sales, marketing, finance, operations, IT.
• May assist employees with specific work or project.
• May be assigned a specific project to complete on own.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Open to college level sophomores and juniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, majoring in Supervision, Business Management, or Engineering.
• Strong communication ability.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Critical and Analytical thinking ability.
• Motivated to learn and develop.
• Desire to help and support both team members and those outside the team.
• Ability to learn a new technology quickly.

The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $18 / hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
