Sales Manager Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin Job @type: Full time Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours Total Compensation Estimate: $125,000 - $180,000 Compensation for this position includes annual salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

To Manage/Grow Sales And Profit For The Assigned Geography

Hire, train, coach, and mentor sales associates. Align sales resources to most effectively grow market share and account penetration based on customer persona. Actively engage with sales teams through regular meetings, joint customer calls, and strategic planning for high-value opportunities, with substantial time dedicated to fieldwork alongside sales associates Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales targets are met. Maintain knowledge of industry specific trends, local market needs, competition, and service requirements and shift strategy to align with market demands by working with sales team and across all functional areas of the organization. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market share and geographic growth. Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets to leadership team. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs

What You Bring

Minimum education: High school diploma required - Bachelor\'s degree preferred 5+ years of sales experience Strong knowledge of financial statements and ability to manage financial performance Must have valid driver\'s license This position occasionally requires work in the evenings and on weekends.
