Negotiate contract terms and clearly explain agreement details.

Provide thorough turnover to event planning for flawless execution of contracted events.

Manage short-term "pop-up" events, including detailing F&B, communicating AV needs, and coordinating reservations during the sales phase, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the operations team.

Consistently achieve and exceed revenue production goals.

Lead or participate in meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and client communications within Hyatt sales systems.

Genuine desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum one year of hotel sales or event experience required.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and business writing abilities.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
