We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new business, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue through proactive sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
Solicit new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research
Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing excellent service and timely follow-up
Conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and community organizations
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful execution of group bookings
Track sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights
Represent the hotel at local events, trade shows, and networking functions
Maintain accurate reports and documentation within the sales system
Qualifications:
Previous hotel sales experience required (at least 1-2 years)
Strong knowledge of local market and competitive landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
Competitive salary with bonus potential. $45,000-$50,000
