Saleem Corp, Inc. DBA Delta Power Group (Dallas, TX) seeks multiple Sales Managers to recruit and manage an effective sales team within assigned regions. Develop and maintain a sales training program, ensuring that staff are instructed on implementation of produce knowledge as well as new growth strategies. Ensure that sales targets are being met by subordinate managers. Provide a high level of training on sales skills. Provide supplemental training to new and underperforming representatives through job shadowing, real-time feedback, and role play activities. Provide training to teammates on sales tactics at daily market training meetings. Shadow sales reps during door-to-door in-home presentations with potential residential customers to have a smart home system installed in the customers home. Instruct, demonstrate and mentor sales reps in building and selling custom smart home and solar packages unique to each customers home. Demonstrate how to ensure customer satisfaction while answering phone calls and emails if brand new onboarded customers have questions about the product installed. Responsible for establishment of temporary housing for any relocation when required. Coordinate licensing with city officials in advance to make sure company has adequate personnel and company licensing before beginning work in an area. Oversee market selection and sustainability by ensuring that the area is suitable for services and making sure that each individual representative knows where they are allowed to sell and how to effectively manage his or her sales territory.
Requirements:
24 months experience as a sales manager or related. This position contemplates 2 years of experience in a sales management role, including supervision, recruitment, staff training/development, and business development. Travel to unanticipated worksite/office locations around the country. Sales Managers may be assigned to unanticipated territories/regions across the country depending on what locations are drafted. Therefore, frequent travel may be required to meet with teams for training/development. Travel for up to 1 week each month to assigned unanticipated territories.
