Strategic Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

• Researches and implements strategic planning for company growth in the areas of industrial services and onsite customer offerings.
• Establishes initial contract with customer to define program deliverables.
• Plans and schedules onsite visits with the customer and field technicians.
• Ensures field technician has time and resources to complete assigned tasks.
• Carry out marketing and sales efforts for departmental related services.
• Perform preliminary calls with potential and current customers.
• Set pricing for all industrial services offered.
• Prepare and administer proposals for potential customers.
• Build individual customer databases.
• Coordinate logistics surrounding customer visits.
• Administer and analyze customer surveys.
• Prepare and administer customer invoices.
• Prepare departmental profit and loss statements.
• Track all departmental financials.
• Order PPE for customer visits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of Sales experience
• Industry Knowledge
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Fluent in English language, reading and writing.
