We are looking for someone who has:

Excellent Communication Skills

Motivator - Self Starter

Marketing with Social Media experience is a plus

Comfortable with face to face interaction with customers

Someone who is willing to work every Saturday (Sundays OFF)

Risk Taker

Someone who is confident and not afraid to think out of the box to drive customers through the door

Team Player

Sales experience is a plus but not required

What is the gig?

Selling manufactured, modular and TINY HOMES

You do NOT need a real estate license

Provide excellent customer service skills

Keep up with marketing and posting ads

Help customers get qualified and scale their budget
