Job Duties
Lead, train, and motivate Restoration Consultants and Canvassers to meet and exceed goals.
Conduct daily/weekly accountability meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions.
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of sales staff.
Partner cross-departmentally with Production and Marketing to ensure Gold Standard delivery.
Manage CRM activity (AccuLynx) with accuracy and visibility for team performance.
Represent BSE with homeowners, ensuring transparency and trust through every step.
Evenings and Saturdays are expected - we meet and serve homeowners when they're home.
Travel opportunities during winter months for continued selling and leadership development.
Minimum Education Required N/A
Minimum Experience Required 3+ years of sales leadership experience (construction, roofing, or restoration preferred)
Proven track record of coaching, accountability, and goal achievement
Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
Willingness to lead by example - in the field and in the office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
