The Sales Manager - Small Group is an entry-level role within the hotel's sales department, responsible for achieving a defined performance quota. This position manages a designated account base and focuses on generating new business opportunities within assigned markets.
The Sales Manager develops and maintains relationships with clients, handles less complex accounts, and proactively identifies new leads through research, direct outreach, and online lead platforms. A key responsibility of this role is to book short-term meetings and group events, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000.

Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Prefer completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training program or equivalent training.
1-2 years previous hotel sales or events experience preferred.
