This position is responsible for initiating and establishing contact with key customers, in conjunction with the local Sherwin-Williams sales representatives. It will call on target accounts with district management and provide support to sales reps for the entire sales process cycle. This role will maintain consistent field communication at the area and district levels, developing long-term relationships with major influencers in the market. It will also gather and communicate competitive information, new products, pricing requirements and selling issues to sales representatives and management. This role will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts within the area. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective account management. It will develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the area while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base. This role will collaborate with accounts to fully understand their needs and help provide solutions. Conduct regular business reviews and presentations with accounts to discuss their performance and opportunities. Review and monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare and submit reports on account status, sales, and market opportunities.
This position's typical schedule is 40 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
