As the Manager of Sales Operations for the global AIRS team, you will be a key driver of customer retention and revenue growth across the AIRS organization. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate closely with the Sales, Finance, Strategy, and IT departments to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen client relationships. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our strategic approach and ensuring the long-term success of our business.
Forecasting and Analytics: Lead the development and maintenance of accurate sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership and Performance Enhancement: Drive team productivity and foster a high-performance culture by providing strong leadership and hands-on guidance to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
Policy Compliance and Process Management: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including compensation and booking policies, through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strategic Planning and Process Optimization: Own the annual planning process for the global team, including setting sales quotas, territory design, headcount planning, and related tasks.
Customer Support and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Efficiently resolve licensing and fulfillment issues while collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to proactively address customer needs and identify future opportunities.
Your Experience
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Planning, or Finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep experience working with Salesforce CRM, data analytics, and annual planning tools.
Hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, and statistical modeling.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
Well-experienced in a Sales Operations/Finance environment and possessing a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term planning, and a demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving business needs while remaining hands-on.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $129000 - $209000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
