As a Remote Territory Sales Manager you will:
Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the industrial supply market in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute effective outside sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
Conduct regular sales calls and visits to potential and current clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve profitable growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Remote Territory Sales Manager candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
Industrial Outside Sales
Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications (pipes, valves, fittings, vacuum pumps and instrumentation)
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in industrial sales, with some experience in a leadership or management role.
This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Pay Range
$45K - $65K DOE plus up to $35K commission
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
