RoofAid of West Chester is seeking a motivated, professional Sales Professional / RoofScore Inspector to support our growing territory. This role combines detailed property inspections with consultative, trust-based sales---helping homeowners clearly understand their roof and exterior conditions and confidently choose the right solutions.
This is a field-based, performance-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building homeowner trust, and being rewarded for results while following a proven, structured sales system.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute RoofAid USA 10-Step Sales Process
- Perform RoofScore inspections and accurately document roof and exterior conditions
- Educate homeowners using inspection findings with clear, value-based explanations
- Prepare estimates and proposals using project management software
- Present solution options, handle objections, and secure signed agreements
- Create professional client presentations with clear next steps
- Coordinate seamless handoff to production using CRM
- Use the RoofAid Business App for client communication and follow-up
- Prospect for new business through outbound efforts, referrals, and local networking
- Participate in required training, coaching, certifications, and performance reviews
Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Ability to safely work on roofs, ladders, and active job sites
- Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Comfort using mobile technology, CRM systems, and inspection apps
- Organized, dependable, and coachable
- Ability to represent the RoofAid brand professionally at all times
