Sales Opener / Dialer

Tax Resolution is seeking a motivated Sales Opener / Dialer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or those with early sales experience who are eager to build a career in sales within the tax relief industry. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and transferring qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients seeking tax relief services
Engage potential clients, ask qualifying questions, and gather relevant information
Transfer qualified leads to sales closers
Follow up on assigned leads and document all interactions accurately in the dialer/CRM system
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour (bi-weekly pay)
Bonuses:

$20 per successful transfer
$40 per transfer from older leads

Employee Status: W2

Skills & Qualifications

Required / Preferred Skills:

Sales experience (1-2 years preferred, but entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients
Experience using a dialer system or CRM is a plus
Strong communication and listening skills
Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous tax or financial services experience (not required)
