Compensation: Guaranteed $3,000/month base + unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses

WE WILL TRAIN!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in the showroom and lot, providing a welcoming and professional experience

Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget

Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing, and delivery

Build long-term relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and customer care

Stay informed on current inventory, features, and promotions

Meet and exceed sales goals with the support of our management team

Qualifications:

No prior automotive sales experience required; we provide**paid training**

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
