Sales Manager

Our client is the largest music academy in Los Angeles, is currently seeking a full-time Sales Manager to support the Westwood Village and Brentwood locations. 4 days per week, weekdays, 12:30pm-9 p.m. Weekends, 8:45am-5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

Achieving academy's sales targets

Followup with potential clients via phone to promote our programs

Register clients and completing student onboarding.

Customer Service and Administration:

Promptly answer customers phone calls and emails

Document requests and followup diligently to complete client requests.

Opening/closing/cleaning facilities

Supervising instructors to ensure highest quality operations.

Skills and Requirements:

-Sales proficiency, with a track record of meeting targets

-Strong customer service skills, team supervision experience, and administrative abilities

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with children and adults

Exceptional memory and phone etiquette

Background in hospitality.

-Must be able to work weekends. - Bachelor's degree required, business or hospitality preferred

Sales, management, customer service experience is a plus

Front desk, restaurant and hospitality experience is a plus
