Telecommunications Sales Representative
Canvass residential neighborhoods in Syracuse, NY and surrounding communities. Present and explain available telecommunications products and service options to prospective customers. Generate sales leads and complete face-to-face sales transactions. Build professional rapport with customers and provide high-quality customer service. Accurately complete customer enrollment forms and required documentation. Meet or exceed established weekly and monthly sales performance goals.
Represent CBN at local events, festivals, and community gatherings. Support sales goals by education community members about our broadband services. Execute outreach campaigns and community initiatives. Be a knowledgeable, approachable point of contact, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:
Experience in community outreach, event coordination, sales or customer engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support community events.
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus uncapped commission.
