Sales Representative

Complete Pest Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a Full-Time position ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. As a vital member of our team, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and helping us to continue providing top-quality pest control solutions. Located centrally, this position is not a remote job, requiring regular in-person interactions to effectively manage and grow customer relationships within the assigned territory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with customer accounts to facilitate growth and increased market penetration.
  2. Strategically identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Deliver presentations to prospective and existing clients to enhance understanding of services and secure business deals.
  4. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
  5. Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance.
  6. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  9. Maintain professional relationships with business associations and networks.
  10. Utilize CRM systems to ensure up-to-date client information and sales processing.
  11. Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and results to discuss with management.
  12. Coordinate with other departments to effectively manage client accounts and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative with a solid track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong ability to network and engage with potential clients and industry professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and various sales techniques.
  • Adept at managing multiple clients while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changes in the business environment quickly.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as this position involves considerable local travel to client sites.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales, and a proven ability to grow a customer territory through networking and new business development.
