Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, educating potential clients on our advocacy services, and building long-term relationships. This is a high-opportunity role with uncapped commission potential for driven professionals.
This role may involve a combination of remote outreach and in-field meetings depending on territory and candidate preference.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
Educate prospective clients about Unified Public Advocacy services
Conduct consultations (phone, virtual, or in-person)
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records
Collaborate with internal operations and advocacy teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Meet and exceed monthly performance and revenue goals
Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional demeanor and presentation skills
Reliable transportation (if field-based)
Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems, video meetings)
Preferred (but not required):
1+ year of sales or business development experience
Experience in insurance, restoration, construction, or related industries
Community networking experience
Prior commission-based sales experience
