Sales Representative

Estimated Earnings: $60,000 Base Salary Plus Commissions

Benefits: Employer covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance costs for employees and 75% for family members. Location: Bozeman or Helena, Montana

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of two years of sales experience required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 30--60 prospective client meetings weekly by phone, video conference, and in person.
  • Follow a structured sales process, including scripts and objection-handling techniques.
  • Consistently meet or exceed retainer and conversion goals.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
  • Collect retainers and ensure accurate completion of intake requirements.
  • Schedule initial attorney appointments and facilitate conflict checks.
  • Gather necessary client documents and information for legal staff.
  • Maintain detailed records in the firm's intake system.
  • Develop and maintain referral source relationships to support business development.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless handoff.
