Power-Flo Technologies New England is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our CT team. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will help facilitate the sales of automation, sensing, and electric heating products.
Full-time. Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Generating proposals
Entering and processing sales orders
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
Answering customer questions regarding order status
Processing returns
Assisting with pricing administration
Qualifications:
Inside sales/Customer service experience
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, must be strong with details and possess strong organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting, in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving and reconciliation skills necessary
Epicor Solar Eclipse knowledge a plus
Valid and clean NYS driver's license
Physical Ability Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time
