You'll be the go-to person for managing customer interactions, coordinating logistics, and keeping internal systems running efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, takes initiative, and brings prior experience in sales support or customer service.

Skills and Requirements:
• 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales support role
• Strong Excel skills (basic formulas and time management tracking)
• Proficiency in Outlook and general Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with SAP or similar CRM systems
• Sales support experience is essential
