Sales, Use & Property Tax Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Type: 6 month Contract

Compensation: $42.00 - $44.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

System One is currently seeking a Sales, Use & Property Tax Analyst on a 6 month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.

Analyst Responsibilities:

Filing and paying sales, use and property tax returns and bills

Processing 3,000 property tax bills per jurisdiction (Minnesota & Colorado)

Preparing property tax renditions and supporting work papers

Assisting with sales and use tax audits (invoice pulls, taxability research)

Reconciling data and providing explanations (final approval by team lead)

Analyst Requirements:

4-6 years in tax-related roles

Bachelors in accounting or Economics preferred

High-volume processing experience preferred

Utility, telecom or railroad industry experience preferred

Large corporate/matrix environment experience acceptable
