The Senior Sales Executive in our Tax & Accounting Professionals Large client segment is responsible for retaining and growing their existing account base and acquiring new accounts within their geographic area of responsibility. The SSE can develop trust, demonstrate their credibility with all account stakeholders through their knowledge of Thomson Reuters' products, and services and acquired knowledge of the tax and accounting industry. He/she will tailor the client presentations to the unique needs of the individual account and articulates their proposals through ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle.
In this opportunity as a Senior Sales Executive, you will:
About You
Minimum 5 years' successful sales experience, with at least 3 years selling Tax software.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Proven/consistent track record of quota attainment.
Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience a plus.
Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques.
Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings/presentations.
Strong prospecting and closing skills.
Ability to sell UltraTax new, GST new, OneSource new, Automation new, Tax Research new, and cross sell/upsell to current client base.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall technical aptitude.
Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude.
High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethics.
Willingness to travel.
