Showroom Sales Representative

Insight Global is looking for a Showroom Sales Representative for one of our clients in Columbus, OH. This candidate will sit onsite, working in either the commercial or residential lighting showrooms, and will primarily focus on customer service, client sales, and generating more leads for the company. This candidate will be trained internally for all aspects of the industry they are required to know, and will be interacting with designers, builders, existing clients, and new customers on various projects.

Skills and requirements:

Experience with customer service/support

Experience in an entry-level sales role

Clear communication and comfortability reaching out to customers, designers, and builders.

Ability to help out around the office: unboxing product, checking for defects, etc.

General understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office

Open to learn, able to be trained in the industry

Strong work ethic

Customer-first focused mentality - specific lighting industry experience

Experience traveling to various client sites

Quickbooks experience
