Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Sales working in our Conveyance Solutions Business who will be responsible for leading and driving sales growth of our Conveyor systems, chain and accessory products in their assigned region. This role will lead a highly focused team of Sales Professionals that specialize in selling to OEM\'s, Strategic End Users and managing Distribution in their assigned territory. The Senior Manager, Regional Sales is responsible for building a high performing sales organization, defining the regional growth strategy, and executing that strategy to expand market share and achieve their annual sales goals.
Major Responsibilities:
Required Education / Experience / Skills: Candidates should possess a BA or BS degree. An MBA is a plus. Proven track record of 10 years plus sales leadership and success. 2+ years management of direct reports OEM and Distribution sales experience is a plus.
