Sr. Sales Executive

This Sr. Sales Executive will join a well-established contract manufacturing company who specializes in medical device manufacturing. This person will be hunting and building strong relationships with manufacturing representatives to expand and diversify the company's client portfolio. This international company is headquartered in the Lake Zurich, IL area, and this person should be local enough to come into the office in person often. As with most business-to-business sales roles, this person should be comfortable with occasional travel in case a business deal calls for it.

This person should have experience in regulated contract manufacturing or external manufacturing, specifically, and should have experience closing multi-million dollar deals within this space.

Compensation for this role will include a base salary of $160,000 - $220,000 and a customized bonus structure based upon the nature of the deal they close.

Skills and Requirements

5-10 years of experience in a sales role, closing multi-million dollar deals

Proven success specifically in contract manufacturing/external manufacturing sales

Experience building and maintaining new relationships with manufacturing reps
