Strategic Account Manager - Hyperscale / Data Center

We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships with leading hyperscale and enterprise customers. You'll act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer priorities with our product portfolio and market strategy while driving measurable revenue growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand relationships across strategic accounts, from engineering teams to executives.
  • Drive revenue growth, negotiate pricing, and manage account-level product lifecycle (roadmap, launches, EOL).
  • Partner with internal teams (FAE, Sales Ops, Pricing, Legal, Product Marketing) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Lead high-impact meetings and translate market/customer insights into account strategies.
  • Ensure responsiveness and ownership in resolving customer issues.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of direct sales or strategic account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise flash storage solutions
  • Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to build consensus among customer engineering stakeholders
  • Proven success in building trust and delivering results with complex, global accounts

Preferred:

  • Experience winning new business and expanding share with hyperscale/data center customers (SSD, AI infrastructure)
  • Track record of selling to major hyperscalers or enterprise accounts (e.g., Meta, Google, Oracle, Nvidia, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple)
  • Experience with roadmap management and alignment-able to influence customer engagements while identifying near-term and long-term opportunities and risks relative to customer and market requirements
  • Ability to clearly articulate the business impact of technical solutions
