Territory Sales Representative

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing support for our branded products and services, including lubricants, filters, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid. Your mission is to identify and secure profitable new business within your assigned territory through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. You will deliver tailored presentations to key decision-makers to establish strategic partnerships and generate new business opportunities. Additionally, you will contribute to the annual marketing plan by providing realistic product forecasts based on historical data, market trends, competitor activity, promotional strategies, and sales efforts. Utilize CRM tools to track performance, manage customer relationships, and exceed sales targets.

Drive sales and support for branded products and services.

Identify and secure profitable new business through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.

Deliver tailored presentations to key decision-makers to establish strategic partnerships.

Contribute to the annual marketing plan with realistic product forecasts.

Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and exceed sales targets.

Experience in sales, customer service, and outside sales.

Proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, account management, and outbound calls.

Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Willingness to travel 25-50% and work collaboratively with a professional team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Ability to quickly understand complex technical and business concepts and communicate them clearly.

Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Foster strong working relationships across all departments and with fellow employees.

Build trust and communicate effectively while demonstrating integrity, innovation, and a customer-first mindset.

Maintain professional relationships that align with company values, both internally and externally.

Collaborate proactively with support teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

The work environment requires adaptability to fast-paced conditions, collaboration with a professional team, and a willingness to travel 25-50% of the time. You will utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks efficiently. The role demands excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong working relationships both internally and externally.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, North Dakota with travel being mostly to Grand Forks and Jamestown and surrounding areas.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Bonus opportunities, commission pay, profit sharing, 401k, health medic

This is a hybrid position in Fargo, ND.

This position is anticipated to close on Sep 25, 2025.
