USC Athletics is looking to hire a Ticket Sales Manager to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals. This role is responsible for managing a team of Account Executives while also selling tickets for Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Volleyball, Women's Soccer and Baseball. This individual will act as team leader in the office, grow their own book of business, and work at several different sporting events. Additional requirements include assisting the Marketing team with executing promotional initiatives as needed.
Reporting directly to Kyle Fujimoto, the Associate Athletic Director, the Ticket Sales Manager will work in collaboration with our Marketing, Central Ticket Office, Development, and Sponsorship teams.
Knowledge of and experience working in higher education preferred. Understanding of the unique culture and needs of college athletes preferred.

This is a non-exempt position but will require some work during evenings, weekends and holidays for specific sporting events.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience (three years in a sports ticket sales role preferred). Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.
Experience and training in Paciolan or other ticketing systems is a plus.
Experience and training in CRM systems, Salesforce is a plus.
Familiarity with basic tenets of sales and customer service, sports industry-specific a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
Experience working in higher education and/or a sports related field ideal.

Hourly Range
The hourly rate range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00.
