Position Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Diagnostic Specialist to serve as both a hands-on service technician and a customer-focused sales professional. This role involves diagnosing drain issues, performing necessary cleaning or jetting services, and educating customers on the best long-term solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose blockages and drain issues using industry-leading camera inspection technology.
• Troubleshoot and determine the most effective technique to resolve customer drain problems.
• Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, or cable work as needed to conduct thorough inspections.
• Establish rapport with customers, educating them on their options and recommending solutions.
• Handle both residential and light commercial service calls to provide expert diagnostics.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless job execution.
• Participate in ongoing training, trade shows, and meetings to stay ahead in the industry.
• Assist in training and developing installation crew members to ensure project success.
• Maintain and protect diagnostic, drain cleaning, and camera equipment through routine care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $45,000 per year ($3,750 per month)
• Monthly Commission: 4% on total sales over $75,000 (paid monthly)
• Annual Performance Bonus: 1% of total completed sales ($12,000 at $1.2M annual sales)
• Ambitious Target Bonus: Additional $25,000 if total completed sales reach $2,000,000
• Estimated Earnings Potential: $90,000 - $158,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)

Qualifications:

• Experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with various diagnostic tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
