Our Investment Grade Sales And Trading team complements the bank's Debt Capital Markets team by maintaining liquidity in the secondary markets for publicly issued investment grade deals and helping the team place new issue securities into investors. Our team consists of over twenty professionals in various capacities including sales, trading, quantitative analysis and credit analysis. Our program will help you develop a solid foundation in financial markets, take part in the process of helping clients execute complex transactions, and work in a dynamic team.

Incoming analysts will become a financial market specialist working in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Over the course of the program, you will receive accelerated learning and skill development through a mix of formal training, mentorship, and a community of peers and advisors.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
