The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving the sale of assigned bank products and services within the Phoenix, AZ market. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and banking partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored financial solutions. The Sales Consultant will work independently to meet revenue, volume, and market share objectives, while staying informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
This position involves direct client engagement, including in-person meetings with clients and banking partners 3–4 days per week. While operating autonomously, the role requires a strong in-person presence in the Phoenix area.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and comfortable working with Korean-speaking clients and partners, providing culturally relevant financial guidance and support.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
