The ICG merchant revenue strategy team is seeking a customer engagement strategist to develop and implement content strategies communicating Elavon's value to drive sales success. This role works with marketing, product, and bank partners to develop these strategies. Ideal candidates have experience in corporate marketing, presentation development, internal education materials, and cross-functional team management. The candidate must possess strong executive communication skills.
