The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving the sale of assigned bank products and services within the La Palma, CA market. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and banking partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored financial solutions. The Sales Consultant will work independently to meet revenue, volume, and market share objectives, while staying informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
This position involves direct client engagement, including in-person meetings with clients and banking partners 3–4 days per week. While operating autonomously, the role requires a strong in-person presence in the La Palma area.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and comfortable working with Korean-speaking clients and partners, providing culturally relevant financial guidance and support.
