- The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven success in selling SaaS-based enterprise software solutions. - A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically selling to health plans and other healthcare organizations is essential. - The candidate should possess subject matter expertise in healthcare and a deep understanding of how technology is utilized within health plans. - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary for effectively presenting sophisticated technology solutions at the C-level. - A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas is required.
