About the Role

We're looking for a warm, organized, and persuasive Sales Representative who believes in what we do and can help families take the leap into lessons that change lives.

You'll be the first point of contact for many new families — answering inbound calls, sharing our program details, and guiding them to book their first swim lesson. No cold calling. Just honest conversations with families who already want to know more.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls/month from interested families
• Connect with leads via phone, text, or email to walk them through our program
• Recommend class placement based on child's age and comfort level
• Highlight our safety-first, year-round, indoor swimming program
• Register new students
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and enrollments
• Build trust with families, making them feel excited and confident to start

Who You Are

• You love swimming and water safety — maybe you're a former swim parent, lifeguard, or just someone who gets the value of this work
• You're friendly, patient, and great at listening
• You're naturally persuasive — not pushy — and can match parents to the right program
• You're dependable and comfortable working solo with light supervision
• You're tech-comfortable: can navigate call logs, CRM tools, or scheduling software

Preferred (but not required)

• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
• Experience in swim schools, education, childcare, or customer service

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Have a responsible and professional demeanor.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
