Do you have a big smile, an outgoing personality, and a love for people and sweets? Sheer Ambrosia Bakery is looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baklava Mall Kiosk Salespeople or as we prefer to call you: A Sheer Ambrosia Brand Ambassador this holiday season! This is a dynamic, people-focused role---not just a "stand around and wait" job. You'll be the face of Sheer Ambrosia at our beautifully branded mall kiosk, sharing samples of our gourmet baklava and turning curious shoppers into happy customers.

What You'll Do:

• Hand out samples and confidently encourage customers to try and buy our baklava (available in boxes of 4 or 12 pieces).
• Actively engage with mall shoppers---you'll need to be outgoing, friendly, and energized, not sitting back and waiting.
• Deliver extreme customer service---one of Sheer Ambrosia's pillars of success---by helping people, answering questions, and making every interaction memorable.
• Represent Sheer Ambrosia with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for our products.
• Handle transactions accurately and keep the kiosk tidy, clean, and stocked.
• Work consistent 5.5-hour shifts, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Be on time, professional, and ready to sell!

What We're Looking For:

• Extroverts only! You love talking to people and making them smile.
• A strong work ethic---you're reliable, honest, and kind.
• Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and excitement every shift.
• A genuine love for helping people and being of service.
• The ability to stay off your phone and stay engaged---this is an active selling role, not a passive one.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required if you've got the right attitude.
