Regional Sales Director
Reports To: National Sales Director
Status: Full-time/Exempt
Location: West Region - Arizona, Utah, Colorado, California; Los Angeles/Torrance, CA preferred.
Job Purpose: Collaborate with executive team in the development and execution of strategy to drive growth for KHUS products which requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the beverage industry. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, build relationships with key partners, and manage regional sales team to drive revenue growth.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy that aligns with the overall business goals
- Identify new growth opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs
- Develop effective sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Oversee the sales efforts for KHUS products ensuring each brand reaches its full potential
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key partners to maximize product availability and visibility
- Ensure alignment in terms of market positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Execute to achieve sales goals, including revenue targets and market share growth
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail accounts, and other key stakeholders
- Identify new customer segments and sales channels, including retail, on-premise, and online markets
- Act as a key representative of the company at industry events, trade shows, and in customer meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field preferred
- 10+ years proven experience in sales management in the beverage or CPG industries
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, strategic planning, and managing sales teams
- Extensive knowledge of the beverage market, specifically sales and marketing dynamics
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate marketing performance and drive data-informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability and flexibility to travel as required based on business need

Compensation: This position is an exempt, salaried position. Salary offered is based on relevant sales experience at the time of hire. General range of starting salary is $165,000 - $200,000.
Additional Compensation: This position MAY be eligible to participate in the following additional compensation via a bonus program.
