Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a LTL sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities. Essential Functions:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of LTL selling experience, or two (2) years sales management experience.
Knowledge, skills and abilities considered a plus: LTL leadership experience considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven leadership building, scaling and leading high-performing sales teams from the ground up, Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations and sales experience, managed through change and delivered results in dynamic environments. Logistics background a plus! Time in position for internal FedEx Team Members for the Sales roles will be waived.
Pay Transparency: Pay: $99,940 - $192,280.
Additional Details: This is a face to face sales role. Hybrid work schedule. The preferred location is Salt Lake City, UT or Boise, ID. Other locations within a 50 mile radius may be considered. Relocation may be available based on business needs.
