Sales Representative

Job Opportunity At Five Star Building Products

Pay Range: $50,000 - up to $300,000

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, technical knowledge of insulation materials, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements
• Provide detailed and transparent estimates
• Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging insulation technologies, and competitor offerings
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities

Role Requirements

• Experience in sales, preferably in the insulation or construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and energy efficiency principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough on-site assessments and accurately estimate insulation requirements
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
