What You'll Do:

Drive Strategic Vendor Partnerships:

  • Lead vendor engagement and define product category strategies that align with customer needs and drive profitable growth.
  • Oversee Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.

Optimize Sales Performance:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement scalable processes that enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.

Develop High-Performing Teams:

  • Recruit, coach, and mentor sales leaders. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Leverage Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct proactive market and customer analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization.

Collaborate Across the Business:

  • Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company-wide initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Lead with Integrity:

  • Uphold company values and ensure compliance with all Codale Electric policies, including safety, ethics, and anti-harassment standards.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably within electrical wholesale, distribution, or related industries. Experience in sales enablement, category management, or transformation leadership is highly valued.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead through change, drive performance, and build strong, motivated teams.

Strategic Acumen: Strong decision-making skills, with a track record of implementing process improvements and driving measurable results.

Core Competencies: Integrity and relationship-building, effective communication, change leadership, talent development, results orientation, strategic decision-making.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a professional office environment in Salt Lake City, with occasional travel to vendor sites, customer locations, and regional branches.
