International sales has become the organic growth engine of our business. With consistent growth year on year and a strong pipeline ahead, it's one of the most exciting parts of the Group. But as we scale, the need for focus, structure and ownership has never been greater. That's why we're creating a new senior leadership position, Group Head of International Sales Operations.
This is a role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action. International already accounts for a major share of Group growth, but there is so much more headroom. White space markets, global tenders, new routes to market, pricing alignment and customer partnerships all represent opportunities, but only if someone takes full ownership of making them happen. This is not just about strategy; it's about rolling your sleeves up, joining the dots across our brands and categories, and building the discipline that will take International sales from strength to strength.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Commercial Officer, you will be accountable for working with markets to drive the international sales P&L. Your focus will be on ensuring we capture growth opportunities, improve margin, and create consistency in how we operate across markets. That means:
You'll work closely with category leads, local market commercial teams, Finance and Transformation, always ensuring that international sales are aligned with wider Group priorities while still delivering results on the ground.
We are looking for a senior commercial leader with the credibility and track record to shape International sales at Group level, but also the drive and resilience to make things happen day to day. This is not a role for someone who only wants to sit in the strategy space; it's for someone who can move fluidly between boardroom conversations and operational detail.
You will bring:
This is a rare opportunity to step into a Group leadership role where International sales is not just an add-on, but a core growth driver. You'll have the chance to shape the way we operate across markets, to lead on some of the most strategically important initiatives for the Group, and to create a legacy in building International into a world-class commercial function.
