We're scaling our Sales team with a customer-focused Founding Account Executives who will take ownership of their entire sales cycle, help to build our sales motion as we move up market, and distinguish Vanta as best-in-class to prospects in a burgeoning competitive landscape.

As a Founding Account Executive focused on the Middle East at Vanta, you'll drive our growth across the Middle East and EMEA, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CTOs, and compliance leaders, helping them navigate security and compliance automation at scale. This is a strategic, high-visibility role and is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to shape how we sell into a rapidly expanding market.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline generation to negotiation and close with executive-level stakeholders.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for high-potential industries in the Middle East.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to tailor messaging, identify trends, and shape our EMEA strategy.
• Convert inbound demand into long-term customers while building and expanding outbound motion in the region.
• Act as a voice of the customer to product and leadership teams to inform roadmap decisions.

What Success Looks Like

• You consistently exceed quota through a consultative, strategic sales approach.
• You're viewed internally as a subject matter expert and externally as a trusted advisor.
• You're instrumental in building the foundation for Vanta's Middle East GTM playbook.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to MM and Upmarket Accounts
• Track record of exceeding targets in high-velocity and consultative sales environments.
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch, especially in new or emerging markets.
• Experience engaging technical and compliance stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Security).
• Strong business acumen and a passion for helping customers navigate the security/compliance landscape.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic required
• Bonus: familiarity with the Middle Eastern tech ecosystem and/or experience selling into regulated industries.
