✨ About The Role
- The Commercial Account Executive role at Vantage involves identifying and qualifying leads, developing high-value opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle, including negotiations and procurement activities
- The primary goal is to understand customer needs, translate them into a structured sales process, and assist customers through the buying journey
- Collaborate with Engineering to deploy new features, partner with sales engineers and the executive team to create relationships within key accounts, and drive net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity
- Opportunities for career advancement are available as additional GTM teams, functions, and specialties are formed over the next 12-24 months

⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a background in technical environments, preferably in developer tools, monitoring, cloud infrastructure, or business intelligence
- Proven track record of driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and achieving sales quotas
- Ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical end-users to CTOs, and understand their needs to guide them through the sales process
- Strong presentation, listening, and organizational skills with a customer-centric approach to selling
- Independent learner with a hands-on approach to understanding technical concepts and leading discussions with stakeholders
