- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of direct selling experience, particularly in SaaS solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. - A strong understanding of strategic sales development techniques is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Genetics, microbiology, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. - Excellent networking skills are crucial, allowing the candidate to establish and nurture relationships with senior management in the pharma/biotech sectors. - The ability to clearly and effectively present technical and scientific concepts is necessary for engaging with clients. - A collaborative mindset is important, as the role requires working independently while also being part of a team.
