- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for proactively prospecting target accounts for new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and prospecting tools. - The role involves educating prospects on the Venafi story and understanding their primary business issues to match appropriate solutions. - The SDR will work closely with marketing to support successful outbound campaigns and drive traffic to various online and offline events. - Maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information within Salesforce.com is a key responsibility. - The position requires collaboration with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches to generate demand and pipeline for Venafi solutions.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales business development role, preferably in software technology solutions. - A strong background in outbound cold-calling and the ability to target multiple levels of contacts, including executive management, is essential. - Excellent lead follow-up skills are necessary to respond to and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns. - The candidate should possess superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills. - A self-motivated and independent work ethic is crucial, along with the ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently. - Professional fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required for effective communication with prospects and customers.
