The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for the proactive care and development of a part of the existing customer base, as well as for the acquisition of new customers in strategic coordination with the outside sales force and centrally defined sales development. The position works closely with an outside sales team. You advise the customer by phone or digitally, and develop suitable solutions from our extensive portfolio.
It is important to quickly build a relationship and trust with the customer to uncover new projects. Just as important as the external is the internal communication, as you bring the projects to a successful conclusion both independently and in close cooperation with the outside sales force, depending on which contact is required at the customer to win the project. Other internal teams are available to support you in the pre- and after-sales areas.
Independent work and decision-making skills combined with a high level of team player mentality are therefore essential for this predominantly sales-oriented role.
