About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Service Specialist to act as a technical and commercial reference in Services, supporting pre and post-sales, developing the commercial and technical team, and driving business growth through contracts, spot services, and customized solutions.

You will have a strategic role in demand generation, team training, and direct support to clients, distributors, and internal areas. Location: Hybrid in Jundiai, São Paulo, Brazil

In your daily routine, you will:

  • Act as technical and commercial support for pre and post-sales of Services for all product lines
  • Perform technical visits to clients and potential clients, promoting service solutions and specialized support
  • Conduct technical and operational training (theoretical and practical) for internal and external clients
  • Train commercial and technical teams in the sale of contracts and service solutions
  • Lead sales initiatives for Services (Contracts, Spot, and Attachment), including lead generation
  • Analyze performance indicators, sales, bookings, quotes, follow-ups, and profitability
  • Use internal tools (like VES) for daily management, action plans, and problem resolution
  • Act as a multiplier of technical knowledge and service application
  • Work in partnership with sales, service, quality, supplier, and client teams
  • Support strategic projects, including continuous improvements and new product development
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization

Essential requirements for the position:

  • Experience in Services, Pre-sales, Technical Support, or Application Engineering
  • Strong capacity for training, technical presentation, and communication
  • Analytical profile, with commercial vision and focus on results
  • Experience in interaction with commercial, technical, and client teams
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and oriented to continuous improvement
  • Availability for visits to clients, distributors, and partners
