The Power to Make Things Possible

As a Regional Sales Manager, North Germany, you are responsible for strategic sales within your region. This position is fully remote and can be performed from North Germany.

Your responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of sales strategies
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
• Management of the sales channel and cooperation with distributors
• Participation in trade fairs, customer visits, and product presentations
• Use of CRM systems for sales management
• Market observation and competitive analysis
• Achievement of sales targets and KPI tracking
• Collaboration with internal teams (marketing, product management, etc.)

What you bring:

• Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in international sales and in the care of distributors
• Experience in water treatment and disinfection
• Sound knowledge of sales processes, funnel management, and distribution strategies
• Ability to change and continuously improve
• Ability to assess business metrics and situations
• Experience with CRM systems
• Fluent German and English
• Experience in working with municipalities and public contractors is an advantage
• Willingness to travel
